Empowering Women’s Skills

Due to changing economic and labor market conditions, many women from mother-child shelters and clients of the counseling center have lost their hard-won jobs. The trend of socially disadvantaged groups slipping further into marginalization is intensifying. With the pilot project Mamas Werkstatt , the St. Elisabeth Foundation aims to respond to these challenges and support single mothers in becoming self-reliant through targeted, individualized skill development.
