The storage period for data from the server logs is set at 52 days. If we have to process this data further to clarify and prosecute criminal offences or if Job-TransFair has to assert claims for damages against you or if separate legal orders require this, longer storage periods may be necessary.


 


Contact Form


If you send us inquiries via the contact form or email, your provided data, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and for follow-up questions for six months. We will not pass on this data without your consent. By using the contact form, we process your data based on consent you have given us (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).


 


Newsletter


If you want to subscribe to the newsletter offered on the website, we need an email address, first name and last name from you, as well as a statement that you agree to receive the newsletter. We use this data exclusively to send the requested information and do not share it with third parties.


The sending of the newsletter is based on GDPR Art. 6(1)(a).


Once you have subscribed to the newsletter, we will send you a confirmation email with a link to confirm your registration. To ensure day-to-day operations, as well as to provide technical support, troubleshooting and system maintenance, ETRON carries out maintenance and support services under a data processing agreement in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR.
In the course of these activities, ETRON may gain access to personal data processed in the POS and inventory management system. Access is granted only to the extent necessary to properly carry out support or maintenance tasks.

On our website, we use the “Friendly Captcha” service provided by Friendly Captcha GmbH, Am Anger 3–5, 82237 Wörthsee, Germany, to prevent abusive and automated requests (e.g. from bots). Friendly Captcha serves to protect our online services against unauthorised access and to ensure the stability and security of our systems.

Unlike other Captcha services, Friendly Captcha does not set tracking cookies and does not store any personal data from end users that could be used for profiling or marketing purposes.

 

Data processed
During use, a computational task (‘Proof of Work’) is solved by the visitor’s device. The following information may be processed in the process:

•    Anonymised IP address (hashed by Friendly Captcha and untraceable)

•    Solution to the computational puzzle

 

Friendly Captcha does not store full IP addresses and does not track user behaviour.
