Accessibility statement

We endeavour to make our website accessible in accordance with the Accessibility Act as amended to implement the European Accessibility Directive (Directive 2019/882) on the accessibility requirements for products and services.
Due to the following incompatibilities and exceptions, this website is partially compatible with conformity level AA of the ‘Web Content Accessibility Guidelines Web - WCAG 2.2’ in accordance with the applicable harmonised European standard ‘European Standard EN 301 549 V3.2.1 (2022.08)’.

Non-accessible content

The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons

(a) Incompatibility with accessibility regulations:
The site is currently being evaluated and will then be rebuilt accordingly. We will endeavour to correct the errors by autumn 2025.

Notes: There are PDF documents available for download on the website that are not yet accessible. If you need help with PDF documents that are not accessible, please contact marketing@jobtransfair.at. In this case, we will endeavour to make the content available to you in a suitable manner as far as possible.

b) Disproportionate burden:
For economic and organisational reasons, it is currently not yet possible to make older PDF documents and Office documents (etc.) accessible.

Images and Alternative Texts: Not all image galleries in the online shop are currently fully equipped with alternative texts. For reasons of proportionality, only the main image for each product is provided with a meaningful alternative text. Additional images of the same product are considered purely decorative and are marked accordingly. The step-by-step implementation of alternative texts will be completed by the end of 2025.

c) This content does not fall within the scope of the applicable legal provisions:
There are older documents and content available on the website that are not accessible. As these were published before 28 June 2025, they are exempt from the Accessibility Act and no comprehensive change is currently planned for them.
The website contains documents and content from third-party providers that are neither developed, financed nor controlled by us. No statement can be made regarding the compatibility of this third-party content with the accessibility provisions and it is therefore also exempt from the requirements of the Accessibility Act.

Preparation of the accessibility statement

The assessment of the website's compliance with the BaFG is carried out in the form of an external evaluation by the KI-I competence network in accordance with WCAG 2.2 AA and EN 301 549 V3.2.1 (2022.08).
