Accessibility statement

We strive to make our website accessible in accordance with the Austrian Accessibility Act (Barrierefreiheitsgesetz – BaFG), as amended, implementing the European Accessibility Directive (Directive (EU) 2019/882).

This website is currently largely compliant with Conformance Level AA of the “Web Content Accessibility Guidelines – WCAG 2.2” as well as with the applicable harmonized European standard EN 301 549 V3.2.1 (2022.08)

Accessibility was implemented as part of a comprehensive relaunch of the online shop based on the “Hyvä” frontend template. The theme used follows current accessibility standards and supports compliance with WCAG 2.2 requirements. The technical implementation was carried out by SRG-Group – Digital & Software Agency based on an internal evaluation.

Non-accessible content

The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons:

(a) Non-compliance with accessibility regulations

For some images, alternative texts may currently still be incomplete or unclear. We are working to revise and improve these by the end of June 2026.

Should any individual content still not be fully accessible, we are continuously working on identifying and resolving such issues.

(b) Disproportionate burden
Currently, no content is exempt from the requirements on the grounds of disproportionate burden.

(c) Content outside the scope of application
There are currently no PDF or Office documents published on our website that fall under the requirements of the Accessibility Act.  Should documents be provided in the future, we will ensure that they are designed to be accessible.

Images and Alternative Texts

All relevant images and product representations are provided with meaningful alternative texts. Purely decorative content is marked accordingly.  For some images, alternative texts may currently still be incomplete or unclear. We are working to revise and imporve these by the end of June 2026.

Preparation of the accessibility statement

The assessment of the website's compliance with the Accessibility Act was carried out through an external evaluation based on WCAG 2.2 (Conformance Level AA) and EN 301 549 V3.2.1 (2022.08)
