The organic district honey from the Vienna District Apiary is produced exclusively at the specified location and contains nectar and pollen gathered within a radius of up to 3 km from the hive.

Vienna’s district bees collect honey locally in all municipal districts—taking regionality to the next level. Each honey has its own aroma, color, and character. Every district honey is harvested and jarred separately. Nothing is blended. Where district and location are labeled, that’s exactly what’s inside.

The bees are given the entire season to work with the honey, so all flowering varieties (linden, acacia, and more) are united in the district honeys.

Our bees are hosted on the rooftops of Vienna’s finest hotels, by bee-friendly residents who open their gardens, at the Caritas Am Himmel, and in vineyards in Liesing, Hernals, and Floridsdorf.
