100% finest Specialty highland Arabica in a medium Vienna roast. This seasonal coffee scores an impressive 83–86 SCA Barista points. The green coffee comes from Ethiopia, El Salvador, and Brazil. Bean processing: Ethiopia – washed; El Salvador & Brazil – natural.
WINTER KAFFEE is an omni-roast, suitable for all preparation methods.
Whether from a moka pot, fully automatic machine, portafilter, or filter, it provides a warming enjoyment for the colder days.
To achieve the best possible taste, Röstwerkstatt creates a unique roast for each coffee variety. This requires knowledge, time, and patience: countless small-batch test roasts are sampled until the ideal flavor profile is found. In their micro-roastery, the beans are then gently roasted in small quantities using a drum roaster.
