JACK is a powerful espresso blend with pleasantly balanced acidity, strong chocolaty aromas, and a long-lasting mouthfeel.
67% finest specialty organic highland Arabica from Peru combined with 33% organic Robusta from Uganda. The Arabica comes from the indigenous Quechua community of the Kañaris, the same origin as our “BIO ROSA” coffee.
BIO JACK leaves the preparation entirely up to you. For the undecided, we recommend a portafilter, moka pot, or fully automatic machine.
To achieve the best possible flavor, the Röstwerkstatt creates a unique roast profile for every coffee variety. Finding that profile requires expertise, time, and a great deal of patience: the Röstwerkstatt cups countless test roasts in tiny batches until they discover the ideal flavor. In their micro-roastery, the beans are then gently drum-roasted in small quantities.
