Letícia has a very gentle personality. But when something doesn't sit right, she shows her more intense side. Yellow Bourbon Natural, grown and harvested at an altitude of 1,200 m.

To bring out the best possible flavor, the Röstwerkstatt develops a unique roast for every type of coffee. This takes expertise, time, and plenty of patience. They taste countless micro-batches until the ideal flavor profile is found. In their micro-roastery, the beans are then gently drum-roasted in small batches.
