Juancho hails from northern Peru. With its lively, vibrant character, it’s beloved not only on Christian Vega’s farm, his mentor, but beyond. Caturra variety from approx. 1,800 m cultivation altitude.
Whether Ferdl, Letícia, or Eduardo—blend, single origin or special roast—each coffee from the Röstwerkstatt has its own unique personality. And yet, they all share one thing: they were made with lots of love.
To bring out the best possible flavor, the Röstwerkstatt creates a tailored roast for each coffee variety. This takes knowledge, time, and great patience. They taste countless micro-batches until they discover the ideal flavor profile. In their micro-roastery, the beans are then gently drum-roasted in small quantities.
