Ana María comes from Finca Santa Cristina in the Quezaltepeq mountain region near San Salvador. Depending on her mood, she is sometimes lively and spirited, other times calm and composed—just like the volcano on whose slopes she grows.
Ana María is a blend of the co-cultivated Bourbon and Pacas varieties, processed as Yellow Honey at an altitude of 1,200 m.
