To bring out the best possible flavor, Röstwerkstatt develops a unique roast for each variety. Finding it requires knowledge, time and great patience. They taste countless micro-roasts until the ideal flavor profile is discovered. In their micro-roastery, the beans are then gently drum-roasted in small batches.
